90 years of presence!
In Thakhek, Laos, the centerpiece of the celebration was the Eucharistic celebration attended by bishops, priests, sisters, and many people. A solemn thanksgiving was raised by all.
This was followed by a time of feasting, music, dancing, and testimonies to celebrate the gift of charism and mission.
Currently the Sisters of Charity in Laos are present in 14 communities, in sectors located around the 5 urban centers of Luangphrabang, Vientiane, Thakhek, Savannakhet and Pakse.
