With joy and gratitude, the charismatic family celebrates the Foundress’ birth to heaven.
In Naples, Regina Coeli, where Jeanne Antide left this world to surrender herself definitively to the Father’s love, solemn remembrance of her death will be made at sunset on August 24, 2024, with an evocative celebration:
“Let us leave it to the good God, Almighty One” – are his words – “let us put all things into his divine hands and we will never be confused. In you alone, my Lord and my God, I have placed all confidence and hope for time and eternity.”
We gladly take up Mother Mary Rose’s sharing in her Circular No. 32: “May our life today be inhabited by strong convictions, bold initiatives and a living faith in the mysterious and real intervention of God in our personal and Congregational history.
Reviewing the life of St. Jeanne Antide, we feel challenged to be consecrated women capable of evangelical choices, able to transform prayer into a commitment to service, so that the Kingdom may be announced to the poor.
The great challenge for us is, without a doubt, our ability to ground life, not in doing but in making the values of following Christ true and meaningful in living the charism of charity.”
