Europe – The FSJA inaugurate the Jubilee

The Friends of St Joan Antida, in Foggia and other local groups, also accepted the invitation of the Superior General Sr Maria Rosa:

‘Let us light in our hearts and, why not, also in our Chapels, three lamps that will burn during this Holy Year to remind us of the commitment we have made as a Congregation to live as ‘pilgrims of Hope’, carrying the light of closeness, compassion, tenderness.

This will help us to walk together as a Family-Congregation and to be a living presence in the Church according to our Charism’.

As Annamaria, FSJA of Foggia, tells us, ‘At the end of the Eucharistic Celebration, our Sisters presented each of those present with a small gift, an image representing three flames: closeness, tenderness and compassion, sentiments which will accompany us along our journey in the company of Saint Jeanne Antida in this Jubilee Year.
