AJA Calabria – Spiritual Retreat of the Friends of St. Jeanne-Antide

“Care of the Creation-Common Home, in relation to the Word of God and Charity”. The local AJA Groups from Calabria, Italy, gathered together at the Heart of Mary Sanctuary Refuge of Souls in Paravati, on the gateway to Mileto, Sunday 28 January 2024.

We owe to Pope Francis the challenge, accepted by the Friends of Calabria of an ever broader vision regarding the protection of the environment.

The Word of God, while sharing many aspects of it, makes us go beyond the secular vision of ecology to develop a deeply spiritual discourse.

The Charity urges us to care for creation, for our brothers and sisters, as a spiritual mandate spiritual mandate that demands a response of conversion and commitment.
