In view of the Youth Mission in Brazil, Nova Serra: at the University College Santa Maria the young missionaries and sisters of the community of Sucre on 2 July 2023 set up the rooms to welcome the diners and joyfully prepared the different courses.
The purpose of the activity was to raise funds to participate in the Mission in Brazil, which will take place from 6 to 11 January 2024. Thanks to everyone’s cooperation, the Kermesse succeeded very well.
The motto of the mission is “ARDENT HEARTS, FEET ON THE ROAD”.

Preparations have already begun the day before. The cheerfulness, creativity, and fraternity were present, making people enjoy sharing, tasting delicious dishes, and collaborating. The residence turned into a beautiful place where people could come, stay, share and eat. people were grateful for the welcome and tasted delicious dishes.
At the end, tired but happy, we said. “Together we can do it! Brazil is waiting for us to proclaim and manifest God!”.
And like good missionaries, with the dishes we had left, we went out into the streets to offer and give the most needy a rich plate of food.
