1 September: World Day of Prayer for the Integrity of Creation

The first of September marks the World Day of Prayer for Creation, established in 1989 by the Patriarchate of Constantinople, and joined by the Catholic Church in 2015.

Let us read Pope Francis’ message for this day of creation celebrated on 1 September each year.
