Gabon
Arrival: 2001
Origins
The mission of Gabon is founded in 2001.
Mgr Basil MVE Engone had heard positive words on behalf of a Spiritan father regarding the sisters of charity. He therefore called them for the mission of St. Sainte Anne du Fernan Vaz, the place where the first missionaries of Gabon landed. It was difficult to reach the lagoons where other congregations refused to go.
Today
The main services in which the Sisters are engaged:
On their arrival, the sisters ran a dispensary and carried out pastoral work until 2007. Then the sisters left St. Anne and settled in Port Gentil where they had a lodging since 2003.

- the direction of an emerging parish school
- the service of the poor at the parish Caritas
- teaching catechism in two catholic schools
