After several days of direct contact with the community and apostolic realities of our sisters in Laos, Sister Maria Rosa, the superior general, opened the work of the Territorial Assembly.
These are, as always, very significant moments for the life, mission, and future of Religious Provinces.
The sisters are listening to the signs of the times, trying to read the complexity of the historical time that Laos is experiencing in the light of the Gospel, Pope Francis’ Poor Church for the Poor, and the challenges taken up by the Lao Bishops’ Conference, where Buddhism is the majority religion.
