28 March 2023: in the Garden of Creation of the Generale House, the Way of the Cross took place, promoted by the Rome Trastevere Circle Laudato Si’ and with the participation of the sisters’ community: making community with the gaze of Integral Ecology.
We found ourselves in this wonderful garden, an expression of the beauty of the earth, to pray together for the groans of Creation that we have been unjustly mistreating for too long. Creation is the work of God’s love, and every offence we commit against Creation is an offence against the Creator.
In this spirit, we walked together and silently carried the Cross, a sign of the wounds of Creation and the Creator.
