The ‘24 heures d’amour’ (24 hours of love) Camp brought together final-year students from the School of Besançon in Lebanon for a unique experience based on love, sharing, solidarity and commitment in Baabdat.
On Friday 14 February, Valentine’s Day, for a whole day, the participants took part in various activities: biblical, spiritual and psychological reflection workshops, discussions and moments of conviviality. The theme of love in its 3 dimensions was at the centre of the debates: love of God, of oneself and of others and how to defend oneself from toxic relationships.

These 24 hours made a deep impression on our students: more mature and grown-up, they showed a high sense of responsibility, cohesion among themselves and above all their unshakeable faith renewed with each new day.
Valentine day in Syria : plant love all over the earth, and it becomes a sky
Love knows no borders and does not stop at barriers.
It is the bridge that crosses over the chaos of time and the gaps of space to remind us that, in the end, we are children of God, who is the God of love and mercy.
Today, our school has turned into a great city of love. Our students have transformed the various stations of this city, which include reading, music, drawing, handicrafts, scientific experiments, sports, and exciting games. Every year, our hearts beat with love for ourselves and for those around us.
