Sister Maria Elena Berini, Sister of Charity, a Missionary in Central African Republic, in Bocaranga is one of the 10 women who have been appointed to receive the IWOC prize (International Women Of Courage).

Today, 23rd March they will be receiving the IWOC prize, in Washington, at 2.00 p.m. local time. You can watch the ceremony directly on the State Website of USA www.state.gov

Let us give thanks for this sign of gratitude for our sisters’ commitment and also for these women, who wherever they are, work at the service of peace, education and promotion.
